Returns Policy
There is a 30-day money-back return policy.
To be eligible for a full money-back return:
It must be requested within 30 days of receiving your product(s).
Your product(s) must be in the exact condition that it was received:
-Protective film on the dial, caseback, clasp and bracelet untouched and intact.
-Watch unused, the tag may be removed, with its certification and in the original packaging.
-A proof of purchase will also be required upon the refund request.
Failure to follow the above may result in your return request being rejected. The above does not affect your warranty in the event of a malfunction.
If your product becomes defective within the warranty period we would ask for you to specify the malfunction in your return request. Please ensure you have replaced the battery first before initiating a request for a faulty product. If approved we will either exchange your product or action a repair from one of our trusted technicians.
Please note, your warranty covers malfunction of parts inside the watch that have not been caused by incident or accident. Cosmetic maintenance is of the responsibility of the customer. Best care and preservation practices can be found in the downloadable instruction manual on the product page.
In the event of a shipment delay, as stated above the request can only be submitted from when you have received your product(s).
Any authorised partial refund after purchase or additional money off after purchase will void the 30 day returns policy.

If accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your product(s). Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All fees are the responsibility of the customer.
